Let’s set some goals!
So I have been asked to set goals for myself for the next 2 months.
Here we go!
- Read ALL required chapters in my Leadership class (that’s gonna be tough)
- Lift weights at least 3 days a week
- Lose 10 lbs
- Get 8 hours of sleep at least 4 days a week
- Track food on Myfitnesspal (regardless of how my day goes)
- Drink 120 oz of water a day
- Start a budget and stick to it
- Pick a cheap craft and start doing it
- Read a book
- Lose 8 lbs
- Lift weights at least 4 days a week
- Work out 2x on Wednesdays
I am sure I will add some more… well maybe. I don’t want to be too overly ambitious. 🙂
