Goals!

Goals!

Let’s set some goals!

So I have been asked to set goals for myself for the next 2 months.

Here we go!

January

  • Read ALL required chapters in my Leadership class (that’s gonna be tough)
  • Lift weights at least 3 days a week
  • Lose 10 lbs
  • Get 8 hours of sleep at least 4 days a week
  • Track food on Myfitnesspal (regardless of how my day goes)
  • Drink 120 oz of water a day

February

  • Start a budget and stick to it
  • Pick a cheap craft and start doing it
  • Read a book
  • Lose 8 lbs
  • Lift weights at least 4 days a week
  • Work out 2x on Wednesdays

I am sure I will add some more… well maybe. I don’t want to be too overly ambitious. šŸ™‚

Goals are an important thing to have, especially for Runners! I struggle with the sleep one, you should do #workitoutwednesday ‘s like me, it’s when I work out twice on Wednesday’s lol, so I hope you met that goal for February! And if you’re ever looking for some good reads, check out my blog, I’m a little behind on the reading lately but I LOVE books!

Workout Wednesdays huh? I think I like it! Let’s do it together starting next week. I didn’t meet the goal for February unfortunately. LOL. I was actually diagnosed with extreme hypothyroidism (meaning my thyroid was not functioning at all) shortly after that post. After the diagnosis, I started taking medication and have had to scale back my weight loss goals because my thyroid is slowly waking up after being in hibernation for so long! I am now trying to focus on eating better more quality food. šŸ™‚ But, that doesn’t mean I can’t work out 2X in one day! Let’s do it!

Love your goals! I use Livestrong.com’s Daily Plate to track my calories, but I’ve heard fantastic things about FitnessPal too. It’s always hard to track when you’re having an..off day šŸ˜‰ Good luck!
